Prof. Dr. Miow Kit Fong is an internationally respected agricultural scientist, biotechnology innovator, and entrepreneur with more than four decades of experience in sustainable agriculture, soil regeneration, and organic biotechnology. Throughout his distinguished career, he has pioneered biological solutions that restore soil health, improve crop productivity, and advance global food security through science-driven innovation.
As the Founder, Chairman, and Chief Researcher of MG Formula Berhad, Prof. Dr. Miow has led the development of groundbreaking Bio-Tech probiotic fermentation technologies and bio-enhanced organic fertilizers. His flagship innovation, the MG Bio-Tech Fruityzyme® Plant Life Reconstruction System, integrates multi-stage secondary fermentation biotechnology to improve soil microbial activity, enhance nutrient availability, and increase crop resilience. The technology has been successfully applied across numerous agricultural sectors, including rice, oil palm, durian, coffee, ginger, fruits, vegetables, and medicinal herbs.
