Jimmy Kang Chee Meng is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of PWD Smart FarmAbility Sdn. Bhd., where he leads the engineering, technical innovation, and infrastructure development of the organisation’s award-winning Soil-U-tion™ Regenerative Ecosystem.

A highly experienced systems engineer with over two decades of expertise in mechanical systems, industrial engineering, water management, and environmental technologies, Jimmy has been instrumental in transforming innovative concepts into practical, scalable, and commercially deployable regenerative agriculture solutions.

As the principal engineering architect behind many of PWD Smart FarmAbility’s proprietary technologies, he has designed and continuously refined integrated regenerative farming systems, including:

• Soil-U-tion™ Regenerative Aquaponics Satellite Farm System
• Eco-HOPE Box™ Smart Regenerative Food Production System
• Water-efficient irrigation and nutrient recirculation technologies
• Modular regenerative farming infrastructure

Jimmy oversees every stage of engineering development—from conceptual design, prototype fabrication, systems integration, quality assurance, installation, commissioning, technical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and continuous product improvement.

His engineering philosophy focuses on creating practical, reliable, energy-efficient, and user-friendly technologies that empower communities, schools, persons with disabilities (PwDs), senior citizens, and low-income families to produce nutritious food sustainably with minimal technical barriers.

Under his technical leadership, PWD Smart FarmAbility has successfully deployed regenerative farming technologies across schools, communities, elderly homes, welfare organisations, and corporate ESG initiatives throughout Malaysia. These innovations have contributed significantly to improvements in food security, water conservation, circular resource management, and community resilience.
