Exhibition at OIC - 9th Muslim World Biz 2019 Exhibition & Conference

PWD Smart Farmability extends our deepest gratitude to Pn. Karimah Koh Siow Kien of the Dewan Perdagangan Islam Malaysia (DPIM) for adopting us into their booth for the Organisation of Islamic Corporation (OIC)'s 9th Muslim World Biz Exhibition & Conference.

The 3-day event held at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC) on 4-6 September 2016 was the leading trade exhibition and conference in the Muslim world with 38 participating countries, over 500 booths and 19,000+ visitors present during the event.

Through our revolutionary HOPE Box - the world’s first organic vegetable terrarium, we managed to highlight the importance of addressing the physical, social, and economic barriers to fresh, nutritious food many disabled people face. We also shared our commitment to raising awareness for one of the most marginalised communities in society by providing meaningful work and accessible spaces for them.

Apart from the Dewan Perdagangan Islam Malaysia (DPIM) team, PWD Smart Farmability would also like to the thank the members of Rotary Club of Bukit Angkasa who came alongside to cheer and support us. Not forgetting Muhammad Raja Talib Bin Dato' Dr Raja Mohamad Abdullah, the Organising Chairman of the 9th Muslim World Biz, and his team for providing a platform for us to share our vision for an environmentally sustainable nation at the event.

We pledge to work relentlessly to never give up on restoring wholesome diets for the disabled through our PWD Smart Farmability Adoption 2020 Program and adoption of the Shared Prosperity 2030 Vision Malaysia.
